Born from the Ashes of the Financial Crisis. Bound to Change Financial Services Together.
This is the most important commandment for banks these days as the digital disruption is having tremendous impact on more and more industries and destabilising “the titans”. This giant Maelstrom has hit the banks far and wide and we, at EBCG, understand that transformation and digitalization deserves lot of attention. Therefore, the whole Day 1 on the Phoenix conference will be dedicated to Innovation.
We will start with exciting panel discussion where traditional bankers such as ErsteGroup or Banca Mediolanum and disruptors will share with us their insights and experience on different aspects of innovations, how to counter disruptive trends and how the challenger banks still create something ground breaking for their customers. Following this presentation, we will start our journey through the new customer experience with Tavlas Tolga and then Dennis Hettema will show us how disruptive can be the power of happiness in Banking organizations.
In case you are a startupist, two practical soft skill development sessions are prepared for you by Katarina Kovalcik and Peter Vitezy.
We know that after this intense morning, you will need some rest and space for networking and that is why we have prepared a 90-minutes-long break where you can stuff your belly with good food and your mind with new thoughts.
The afternoon session will start with two case studies of successful digitalization. How to change brick and mortar bank to one digital branch? Agur Jogi from Bigbank and Monika Palczynska representing Alior Bank will share their best practices but also the darkest dungeons and deepest pit falls they had encountered. Pawel Turczynowicz will elaborate problematic of shorter Customer Lifecycle Value and how to make the most of it. You will also have a chance to see our conference partners such as Zones.sk, Reaktor, Jaspravim, Finmaps, Eastcubator and JIC.
After short refreshments and again the utmost benefit of the conference, networking, you will get to know the secrets of a good UI/UX, how to design for the X, Y, Z generations and who-knows-what-letter-comes-next generation. We created mix of people with different background and life experiences, experienced Peter Orlovacz from Axa Bank and Pawel Stezycki from Citi, with obviously banking background and Damjan Obal, enthusiastic UX Team Lead from bwin.party with explicitly different approach. If you will still have enough energy to pay attention and we hope you will, you are going to see a case study of a progressive startup from France, dealing with Blockchain. Clément Francomme will show revolutionary adaption of Blockchain.
The Blockchain will end the first day of the Phoenix conference, but the day will not be over yet and we invite you to join our informal cocktail reception, have some fun, expand your network and enjoy the beautiful city of Prague.
